I am a retired Civil Servant. While in the Service I have worked, apart from the Districts, in the Ministries of Personnel, Heavy Industry, Health and Family Welfare, Shipping and Home Affairs. Last posting was Jt. Secretary (Justice), Govt of India dealing with the appointment and other service matters of Judges of the Supreme Court of India and High Courts of the country. After retirement, I got registered as an Advocate with Delhi Bar Council. I also underwent an exhaustive training programme in ADR conducted by Govt of Delhi under the Chairmanship of Justice (Retd) M L Mehta and there after I did more than 40 cases of Mediation at Parliament Street center of Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (DDRS). They mainly pertained to Matrimonial disputes and cases refereed by Samsung and Banks on loan defaults. I am doing Mediation and Arbitration as referred by Justice Mehta.I will very much be interested in handling Mediation and Arbitration matters. I have sufficient space at my office premises, at Noida where well trained staff in computer applications already work.
