"Sir I have learned ADR in college as student of Symbiosis Law school.My exposure to ADR is limited here at Allahabad I have had an experience with Arbitration matters of private companies like V-con(Videocon), Vimal Alloys, Independent TV and a few builder related matters of Noida.I was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to appear at the mediation centre Allahabad High court for matrimonial disputes and a few disputes in which there are commercial transactions involved and the matters were referred from Allahabad High court to the Mediation centre.I have and ADR experience with the NCLT Allahabad in the matters of Jaypee, shiv Shakti foods and a couple more.Therefore Sir i am totally willing to learn from you and be trained by your professionals for the same.
