I am a person who has always had a profound passion for areas of legal and justice system. Right from first day at law School has intrigued me, By the developments in the legal system and the way that it adapts to an ever changing society. I completed my law degree from Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University, Pune and further went to pursue my post graduation (LLM) in International and Comparative Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London. Simultaneously I was working at Robinson Ravani & Co Solicitors, London (UK) as their legal trainee. At the moment I am associated with Jindal Global law School, Sonipat as Research Associate. It is important in today's global scenario to gain international exposure. So I desire to pursue LLM in (International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution) because time has come to think to provide a forum for the people who approach the Law Courts to redress their grievance speedily. Justice delayed is justice denied and at the same time justice hurried will make the justice buried. So we will have to find out a via media between these two to render social justice to the people, corporate sector and other communities wants to seek their grievance redressed through Law Court. Considering the delay in resolving the dispute Abraham Lincoln has once said: “Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbours to compromise whenever you can point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser, in fees, expenses, and waste of timeâ€
