I have been practicing in the field of law as an Advocate since 2016 and I am well aware of the legal process and understand the difficulties faced by litigants. I consider myself suitable for the role of a neutral as I work with sincerity, dedication and honesty and will strive to make more and more people/litigants adopt ODR means for the resolution of their disputes. I think it is necessary for a neutral to have a self-belief in ORD means and then only they can do justice in this field. I personally believe that matters can be solved through ODR means as efficiently as it is like going to any Court of law, its just that the litigants have to trust the system.
