I have completed a post diploma in business administration and a diploma in civil (draftsman). Mediation was a part of my diploma in contracts management. It focused on collecting the facts from both parties, analyzing their submissions and then making them arrive at a settlement. I've had 20 years of mediation experience in a variety of fields such as commercial disputes, construction disputes etc. I have 40 years of experience in civil, contractual, tax, marketing, human resource and industrial conflicts. I've been empanelled as a Mediator/Conciliator with Regional Director (North Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ahmedabad, Gujarat), as an Arbitrator with Indian Council of Arbitration, New Delhi , with Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, and with International and Domestic Arbitration Centre (IDAC) India, Vadodara.
