I am BSC BSc Tech MMS LLB double /post graduate from top notched institutes. I started my career as a legal practitioner in year 2014 after approximately two decade long stints in the corporate sector and as a first generation entrepreneur. In the corporate field I rose to position of Marketing Director in a public limited company by name Unimin India Ltd traversing through a wide experience having started my career with Lupin as a Management trainee in 1997 taking me through Eureka Forbes where I was Product Manager and through Bhor Industries where I was DGM Marketing and in year 1997 I quit corporate to start my entrepreneurial career importing and marketing nonwoven fabrics. But events in 2005 viz the floods caused a huge turn of events and it is at that point of time I spent my time to study law and sailed into law practice in year 2014. Having completed close to 6 years in practice .I have handled over 250 cases in various courts viz High Court Mumbai, District courts of Thane & Silvassa ,MM courts of Mumbai, Consumer and State commission in Maharashtra covering a wide range of civil, consumer, arbitration and criminal matters with client base of private Ltd companies and individuals.The success of mine can be judged from the satisfaction levels of my clients and my penchant for details both in law and facts. Further at every opportunity I have not shied away from advising clients to go for negotiations and settlements rather than burdening the justice system which many times unfortunately have a huge pendency which frustrates all adversaries equally.
